• All personal information shared during consultations or workshops is confidential.
• Session notes, if kept, are stored securely and accessed only by authorized personnel.
• We will not disclose your personal information without your written consent, except:
  • If required by law (e.g., court order)
  • If there is an imminent risk of harm to yourself or others

2. Your Responsibilities

• Respect the privacy and confidentiality of other participants.
• Avoid sharing identifiable information about group members outside the session.
• Please note that online sessions may carry inherent security risks, despite our safeguards.

3. Digital Confidentiality

For virtual consultations and workshops:

• We use secure, encrypted platforms where possible.
• You are responsible for ensuring your own device and internet connection are secure.

By booking a consultation or participating in a workshop, you consent to this confidentiality agreement and acknowledge that you understand its terms.
