MISSION: Our mission is simple: pleasure isn’t optional—it’s the headline. We are here to help you make it part of daily life by empowering individuals and couples to rewrite their stories around sex and relationships—flipping the script on silence, shame, and ‘shoulds,’ and creating lives filled with curiosity, joy, and connection.

VISION: We envision a world where pleasure is seen as power, conversations about sex are bold, playful, and transformative, intimacy is built by design, and no one feels trapped in someone else’s script.

Gretel is a queer, married, non monogamous Sex Educator and Certified Menopause Coaching Specialist living in Toronto. As a sex and pleasure expert of 50 plus, she has rich perspectives and lived experience as well as training in Somatic Sex Education and Sexological Bodywork. She welcomes those navigating long term relationships, new beginnings, separation/divorce, loss/grief, alternative relationship models, sexual ennui, kink explorations, health challenges, and perimenopause. She prizes the creation of community as a vital framework for support around menopause, pleasure and sexual health and continues to grow a conversation series for women where safe-as-possible spaces are created for open sharing and mutual support around the challenges of life and love. She is a proud mother and a passionate builder/fixer/maker.

Isaac is a photographer and digital media professional with a longtime passion for providing coaching and leadership in communities. He offers workshops with Gretel on consensual nonmonogamy/open relationships, communication, kink explorations as well as private coaching for men who are seeking an open and experienced guide who can offer perspectives from a male lens.
