RIPEN is a bold and heartfelt monthly conversation salon for women 18+ (femme/non binary/trans) which is held in person in Parkdale. The topics change month to month, but it is always a safe space to build community with other women as we support each other through the challenges of keeping pleasure and connection in our lives. You can count on authentic, shameless, empowering conversations on sex and sexuality while making new friends who will be cheerleaders for you in the parts of your life you may not usually talk openly with others about.

Hormone House Parties
Invite your friends to a private menopause deep dive
A Hormone House Party is a cozy, ticketed gathering for women to connect, learn, and laugh about perimenopause and menopause. Hosted in private homes, these small-group (6-12) sessions feature a guest facilitator who explains why many of our own doctors don’t seem to know much about menopause, what really happens during the perimenopausal and post-menopausal years, and demystifies hormones, symptoms, and treatments. You will leave with resources to learn more and tips for advocating for yourself with your doctor, family, and workplace. There will also be lots of discussion and sharing of experiences by other participants. Everyone’s journey is different, but we benefit exponentially when we share our own experiences. You are not alone.
Hormone House Parties are a fun, informative and refreshingly outspoken evening with friends — think Tupperware party, but you come away with mind blowing new information, clarity and hope rather than the latest and best kitchen gadgets! Because sheesh…who needs more plastic containers?!
