By accessing our Website, purchasing workshop tickets, booking consultations, or using any of our services, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Services

Flip the Script Consulting provides sexuality and relationship education, counselling, workshops, and related services. Our offerings include:

  • One-on-one consultations
  • Group workshops and educational events
  • Online and in-person sessions

All services are intended for educational and informational purposes and are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or legal advice.

2. Eligibility

By using our Website or booking services, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
  • You will provide accurate and truthful information during registration and purchase

3. Workshop Registration & Ticket Sales

  • Tickets for workshops are sold via WooCommerce or may be paid by e-transfer.
  • Registrations are confirmed upon receipt of payment.
  • Tickets are non-transferable unless expressly permitted.

Cancellations & Refunds:

  • Refund requests must be made at least 7 days before the workshop date.
  • Refunds are not guaranteed but may be issued at our discretion.
  • If a workshop is cancelled by us, you will receive a full refund.

4. Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely via:

  • WooCommerce using encrypted payment gateways
  • E-transfer (manual confirmation)

We do not store your credit card or banking details.

5. Confidentiality

We understand that our services involve sensitive topics. All personal information and session details are treated as strictly confidential in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Confidentiality Agreement below.

6. Code of Conduct

By participating in workshops, consultations, or any group events, you agree to:

  • Maintain respectful and inclusive communication
  • Refrain from harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior
  • Respect the privacy and confidentiality of other participants

We reserve the right to remove participants who violate this code without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials provided through our Website, workshops, and consultations are the intellectual property of Flip the Script Consulting unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any materials without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided “as is” and are intended for educational purposes only. We are not responsible for:

  • Decisions made based on information provided
  • Outcomes related to personal relationships or health
  • Third-party service interruptions (e.g., WooCommerce, payment gateways)
